President

Kaitlyn Keck, RN, BSN, CCRP

Kaitlyn has been a nurse since 2006 and has worked at Washington Regional Medical System for 20 years. She has been working in Cardiac Rehab since 2017 and took over as supervisor last summer, where she and her team are working to improve their program. She is excited to work with programs all throughout the state. 

Immediate Past President 

Amanda Xaysuda, MPH

Amanda is the Director of Strong Hearts Rehabilitation Center at the Arkansas Heart Hospital. In 2016, Amanda helped AHH establish cardiac rehab from scratch and has since expanded the program to four sites spanning close to 100 miles. Along with cardiac and Pritikin-certified intensive cardiac rehab, Amanda also oversees AHH’s pulmonary and SET PAD programs, along with the hospital’s employee wellness program. She is most interested in expanding cardiac rehab services to all patients who can benefit from exercise and education programming to lead to lifestyle modification, with specific emphasis on ending the progression of cardiovascular disease through prevention and rehabilitation.

Alison Edgman, RN, BSN, CCRP

Alison, a native of Conway, AR, has been a dedicated nurse since 2007. Since 2019, she has specialized in cardiopulmonary rehabilitation at Conway Regional Medical Center. Alison is passionate about helping her patients improve their overall quality of life. She values collaboration with other programs across Arkansas and neighboring areas, as it helps her achieve this goal. Outside of work, Alison enjoys spending time outdoors and cherishes moments with her two boys.

Secretary 

Autumn Jones, BSN, RN

Autumn currently serves as our ACVPRA board secretary.  She has been a nurse for almost 20 years at White River Health in Batesville and worked the last 12 years in the Outpatient Cardiopulmonary Rehab setting. She loves spending time outdoors with her family and beach vacations.

Treasurer

Courtney Shull, B.S. in Exercise Science, M.S. in Health Promotion

Courtney graduated from the University of Central Arkansas in 2022 with her B.S. in Exercise Science and a year later with an M.S. in Health Promotion. She has been an exercise physiologist at the Arkansas Heart Hospital - Strong Hearts Rehabilitation Center for 3 years now. While being newer in the field, she has a passion and drive to empower patients to take control of their health through more holistic and lifestyle practices to make life-long change and enhanced quality of life. During Courtney's free time she enjoys spending time with her husband, reading a good book, and cooking.

Randi Nelson, RN, BSN

Randi graduated from the University of Arkansas - Fayetteville in 2013 with her Bachelors of Science in Nursing.  She has been an RN in the cardiac field for 12 years and served in the role of Clinical Unit Coordinator for two years at a Cardiovascular Care Unit in Baltimore, MD.  In 2017, she returned to Arkansas and started her role in Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation at Washington Regional Medical Center.  She hopes to help patients and providers in Arkansas and surrounding states become more connected and informed about the world of Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation.  She enjoys spending time with her family and in her free time pursues her favorite hobbies of photography, reading, and gardening.
